- Take a baking tray grease it very well. take that dough and Knead it lightly and roll it and flatten it placed it in the tray. the dough should be evenly spread..
- Apply the herb garlic oil on the top of the dough spread the herb and garlic nicely, spread the sliced bell pepper nicely on the dough..
- Rest the tray for some time to rise it again u can also put inside the oven at 65C to fast rise..
- After rising of the dough bake it on 235C about 20-30 mins untill lightly brown on the top..
- After taking out the bread brush it with that left over herb oil..
- Serve it warm..
