Potatoe Goulash step by step
- Place beef in a pot add sliced zucchini, bell pepper, black pepper and salt cover and cook on low heat for 20mins.
- Add oil and onions and let it cook for 1 minute.
- Peel and clean potatoes and cut into halves.
- Add potatoes turmeric and garam masala and mix well cover on low heat for 15 mins.
- Add tomatoes and garlic cover for 5mins.
- Add water and cover cook on low heat till potatoes are tender.
- Turn off heat and add corriander.
- Garnish with more corriander and enjoy.
