- First of all i set pan on fire and i add palm oil when.
- Here are my tomatoes paste: tomatoes,red bell pp,scotch bonet,onions,ginger,garlic and cardamon i blend them together.
- When the palm oil is hot i add tomatoes paste.
- I fry it for 15 minutes and set aside.
- I set another pot on fire with water inside i wait till the water is boil and i add the yam.
- Then i add my cooked ram meat.
- Then i add onga seasonings.
- Then my maggie.
- Then curry.
- Then thyme bahrain.
- Stir well and cover da pot for like 10minutes.
- Then add fry tomatoes and stir gently for 5 minutes.
- Then add your veggies.
- Stir slowly and cover d pot till after 5 minutes.
- Its now done.
