- Remove from heat and stir slowly in both directions..
- To taste the readiness of the fudge, place a half tspn of the mixture in cold water. If the mixture turns toffee-like, then it's ready. If not, allow to boil for another 2 - 5 minutes while stirring slowly..
- Once ready, poor mixture into a flat tray with wax paper and allow to set in the fridge for 1 hour to 2 hours..
- Once set, cut the solid fudge into blocks for your desire..
