Using large spoon, scrape out seeds and strings to which they are attached and discard. Using forks, scrape flesh of squash away from skin and transfer to large saucepan. Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds. Brush the squash with oil and lay face down on a lined baking sheet.

In a food processor , combine all the pesto ingredients, except the water, and mix well. Remove from the oven and let cool. Use a fork to scrap the flesh of the squash.
