Ingredients of Flan
- Prepare 1 can of condend milk.
- Prepare 1 can of evavorated milk.
- Prepare 6 of Eggs.
- You need 1/2 cup of caramel.
Flan instructions
- Prepare caramel in microwave.
- Pour caramel on a 8" mold spread round.
- Mix rest of ingredients and pour mix over caramel.
- Cook on a baymarie for 45min.
- Cool in the fridge and flipped over plate.
