- Prepare 500 gms of amul paneer cubes.
- You need 1 tbspn of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 of small green bell pepper.
- You need 2-3 of medium onion.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
- Prepare as required of Oil.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cumin powder.
- It's 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 2-3 of tej patta.
- It's 2-3 of laung.
- It's 1 of small cinnamon stick.
- It's 2-3 of kashmiri chilli.
- Prepare 1 tbspn of jeera.
- It's 4-5 of black peppercorns.
- Prepare 1 tbspn of kastur methi.
- It's 1 tbspn of coriander leaves.

Tawa paneer masala is a simple, easy and quick dish made with paneer, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, spices & herbs. Paneer tawa masala is mostly served in restaurants & is eaten with tandoori roti, naan or even with jeera rice. It also goes well with phulkas or plain parathas. This dish does not have that usual creamy texture like paneer butter masala or paneer makhani.
Paneer masaledar instructions
- Add red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice to the paneer cubes and fry it in very little oil, remove in a bowl and keep aside!.
- Now fry the chopped green bell pepper and onions in very little oil, remove in a bowl and keep aside!.
- Add oil to the pan add jeera, Kashmiri chilli,laung cinnamon stick, tej pasta, black peppercorns saute well! Add finely chopped onion,once the onion starts becoming soft add ginger garlic paste, keep on mixing it add cashewnuts and chopped tomatoes mix it add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder keep string it till everything is cooked completely, if needed add water and cook!.
- Now grind this to the fine paste and with the help of strainer remove the soft gravy(as shown in the picture) now take oil in a pan, once the oil is hot add the gravy to it cook till it bubbles up then add the fried veggies and fried paneer to it, mix well add kasturi methi and chopped coriander leaves! Ready to serve.
