Spicy bok choy. Bok Choy is one of my favorite vegetables. It has its own spiciness that is complimented by the sweetness of the sauce in this recipe. I like to serve this with grilled shrimp and steamed rice.
Chop a head of bok choy in half, roughly separating the white stalks from the leaves.
It doesn't have to be exact!
Heat some olive oil (or sesame oil, if you prefer) in a large skillet, and add the chopped stalks.
