  1. In a bowl mix your freshly rinsed blueberries with the zested lemon, lemon juice, white sugar and vanilla extract.....When you zest your lemon make sure you stop at the white of the lemon, DO NOT ZEST THE WHITE PART OF YOUR LEMON, you only want the yellow part (that’s where all the good flavor is at !!!).......

  7. Next drizzle your melted margarine over all........
  8. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.....
  9. Let sit for about 30 minutes then serve with ice cream or by itself and enjoy πŸ˜‰!!!!.
