Potatoes_kibbe. This thanksgiving we merge the flavors of the old and new worlds. Kibbe is a traditional Middle Eastern dish that is also popular in Mexico and Latin America. For those who are not familiar with the term, Kibbe generally refers to ground meat mixed with burghul (cracked weat).
Beef Kibbe served with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, parsley, and hummus dressing. potatoes and bulgur wheat shell stuffed with baked potatoes and seasoned with a special mix of spices.

Ingredients of Potatoes_kibbe
- You need of potatoes (2 large).
- It's of fine bulgur.
- Prepare of onion (medium size).
- It's of fresh basil (12 leaves).
- You need of cumin powder.
- Prepare of salt.
- It's of Walnuts, basil and olive oil (to decorate).

Potatoes_kibbe instructions
- In a pot, boil the potatoes, then peel and mash Wash the fine bulgur. Soak for 15 mins, then drain well. Leave to the side.
- Place the onions and basil in the electrical blender mix together. Add the bulgur and continue to mix again.
- In a bowl,add the mashed potatoes, and the mixture of basil, onion and bulgur. Using your hands combine all together.
- Spread the potato on a plate. Decorate with walnuts, basil leaves and pour olive oil around the plate.
