- You need 2 of onions.
- You need 6 of garlic pieces.
- You need 1 tsp of salt.
- It's 1 tsp of turmeric.
- You need 1 tsp of chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of mustard.
- You need 1 tsp of chana dal.
- You need leaves of Curry.
- You need of Oil.
Traditionally, dosa is served with a bowl of sambar and coconut chutney on the side. Some darshinis also serve a spicy tomato chutney along with the other accompaniments. These freshly made chutneys are so flavourful that it is not surprising to find the bowl of sambar untouched while the chutneys are wiped clean to the last bit. Dosa Chutney instructions
- Grind tomatoes, onions, garlic, turmeric, chilli powder, salt into fina paste....
- Take a pan add 2tsp of oil and roast chana dal and keep it aside....
- In same oil add mustard and curry leaves... after that add the girded paste and cook it for 4-5min in slow flame...
- At the end add up the fried chana dal and cook for 1 min and switch off the stove.... yummy dosa chutney.
- Will be the best side dish for dosa and idly.
