Zesty Shrimp Scampi instructions
- Clean and remove tails from shrimp. NOTE if shrimp are frozen thaw under cold running water..
- Marinate shrimp in olive oil and seafood rub. Pour oil and rub over shrimp and mix well!.
- Cover with paper towel and let sit for 15 minutes..
- In large skillet melt butter and add shrimp..
- Saute over medium heat for 2 minutes per side or until fully pink..
- Serve over rice or noodles..
